At MYA International Laboratories, Inc. ("MYA International Labs"), customer satisfaction, product quality, and safety are important to us. We stand behind our products and are committed to providing a fair and transparent return process.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- The original safety seal must remain intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Products must have been purchased directly from our official online store.
Opened Products
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements due to a change of mind or personal preference.
This restriction does not limit any rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or otherwise nonconforming products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@myainternationallabs.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost when warranted.
For product quality concerns, please retain the product, original packaging, and lot number until our team provides instructions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, please contact us at contact@myainternationallabs.com. Returns must be authorized before shipment. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns. If a return results from our error or a verified product defect, MYA International Labs will cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for voluntary returns. This does not apply where otherwise required by law or when an error is attributable to MYA International Labs.
Purchases from Authorized Distributors
Products purchased through independent distributors or third-party retailers are generally subject to the return policies of the original seller. For product safety or quality concerns involving MYA products, customers may contact us directly.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
